We are presently working on an exciting new concept to a very old process. We are designing a new grinder to meet today’s demand for tighter tolerances and continuous productivity improvements. We are using the latest technology available today. We are not only looking at how we grind a part but how we can grind multiple parts with ease and efficiency. Our approach to the design of our grinder encompasses process integration, operations and process control from loading to unloading through to gauging and automatic size control of every ground diameter.
